PC does not start properly four times during BIOS access, then restarts in safe mode.
I'm not sure what's happening with my PC right now. After removing half of my old, nonworking RAM, every time I switch it off and back on, the system restarts and then fails to start three times before I enter safe mode on the fourth attempt. I can recreate this easily, but I don't understand why it keeps happening. I've reset the CMOS and removed the battery overnight, updated the BIOS, yet the PC still doesn't boot normally when I make changes. The hardware is a Ryzen 1700 on an ASUS Prime B350 Plus with 16GB of Gskill Trident Z RAM.
