Is the BIOS interface functioning properly? Would you like to test with an onboard graphics card (which processor are you using)? Unplug the separate graphics card, then link your monitor straight to the main display port. If the system starts up successfully this manner, the graphics card appears to be defective.

I verified the BIOS display appears properly. The system runs an AMD Sapphire Pluse RX 550 and boots normally when the GPU is connected, but fails to start without it. I enabled Boot Logs and noticed they don’t appear during startup. Specific entries show driver and system files missing.
