Hi everyone,
I have put together the PC listed below, but I’m encountering frequent reboots and crashes.
As a moderate gamer and wildlife photographer, I regularly use demanding software such as Darktable and DaVinci Resolve for my hobbies, and I play games on Steam.
I’m trying to figure out why the system keeps restarting with BSOD, even when browsing or watching movies.
Could someone help me understand if there’s a compatibility problem or another cause?
My PC specifications are:
Motherboard: MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR 4 (MS – 7D41)
CPU: Intel I7-12700F 2.10 GHz
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 EAGLE OC 12 GB
CPU cooler: DeepCool AG620
RAM: Corsair 32 (2x16) GB DDR4 3200
SSD: WD_BLACK NVME SN 770 1TB
HDD: WD 2TB 7200 RPM
PSU: Cooler Master MPE 750w Bronze

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there,
It seems the PSU might be experiencing issues. Usually, random reboots during load occur, though they don't always point to the PSU. Your PSU is in good shape. Do you have another one you could replace? If not, consider taking it to a local shop for swapping and testing, which might cost around 20£.
You could also try memtest86+ to check the RAM. Perform this outside of Windows. Any errors would indicate a faulty RAM module.

Thank you for the reply, I won't have another PSU and will need to contact someone for that. I'll also look at the other option.
