I set up Apex Legend and attempted to play it, but it frequently crashes during gameplay. The GPU usage stays at 100% while the CPU is at 50%. My system specs are an AMD 5 2600 with an RTX 2070, 2x 8GB RAM at 3000MHz, 1TB storage, and 620W power consumption.

It seems like a power delivery problem. When attempting to play other demanding games or benchmarks, what occurs if the crashes are only with Apex? That would likely require a completely different solution.

60....?
Which option is best for GPU or CPU? For gaming or idle use? You need both GPU and CPU, specifically for gaming.
What type of power supply model are you looking for?

Do you reside in a snowbank? Haha
I don't think your current temperature is any lower than the surrounding air
That's odd though, everything seems fine. Attempt to run DDU drivers again and reinstall

I just finished setting up Windows 10, so I believe it's not the issue here.

And I overlooked the fact that it wasn't temperatures but usage that mattered while watching the YouTube LoL video.

It's always good to check a driver update, maybe try a different version.
