Hello everyone,
I faced a really big issue – the PC crashed unexpectedly. After installing the next-gen upgrade for Witcher 3, I played the game for the first time and within about 3 to 4 minutes it just shut down completely. It felt like someone had cut the power supply. I tried again twice, but the problem persisted. On the third attempt, I checked the temperatures and everything looked normal, yet the crash still occurred, followed by a restart after roughly five seconds. This is the first time this has happened to me, and it seems to happen only when I want to play Witcher 3. All drivers are up to date, and the game was purchased on GOG. Maybe someone else has experienced something similar or can help? Thank you.
EDIT: Also tried playing GTA Online, and after about 8 minutes the same thing occurred. Everything was fine yesterday.

THE ISSUE STARTED WITH THE CORSAIR SOFTWARE, SPECIFICALLY THE ICUE PROGRAM. IT CAUSED MISCONFIGURATIONS IN MY RGB SETTINGS. AFTER RESOLVING THAT, I Experienced Some Discomfort And Haven't USED MY PC FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I REALLY THOUGHT THIS TYPE OF SOFTWARE COULDN'T MAKE A PC PERFORM SUCH HARD RESETS. I UNSELECTED IT COMPLETELY AND EVERYTHING IS NORMAL NOW.

During my third attempt, I was monitoring temperatures and they remained normal yet I still experienced a crash. Following each crash, the PC would restart after roughly five seconds. This suggests a problem with the PSU supplying power under load. It might help to get a PSU from someone with a more stable unit—preferably higher wattage—to confirm your current PSU isn’t failing to meet your system’s needs.

Regarding builds, could you share the specifications in the main part of this thread? Details like these are important because specs can change over time and may affect whether solutions work for others facing similar issues.
