Checked the new PC's CPU for bent pins, found none. Display shows fan spin on all components using an AIO setup, but the CPU has no fan connected. RGB lighting is active on every motherboard, and the system runs the Tuf Gaming X570-plus with Wi-Fi. CPU model is AMD 5800X.

Have you refreshed the BIOS on that motherboard? Also, are you connecting to a GPU instead of the motherboard's port?

I didnt update the bios i get no display it gets fan spin but i get a red light on the cpu it turns on then off (he red light for cpu) and idk wym by gpu and not mobo im a noob everything is plugged in
