After attempting a stress test on Aida64 overnight, I checked the system about six hours later and saw it displaying a black screen. Assuming it had crashed, I powered it off by holding the power button. After restarting, the issue persisted with a black screen still present. Everything seemed normal before: the CPU was running at 65°C and functioning properly. The components listed are still connected. Could you assist me?

Remove the battery from the motherboard once you confirm the power supply button is off. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds before reinserting it. This should refresh the BIOS and restore functionality.
