Hey everyone, I'm just a new builder starting a build but it won't boot. Lights and CPU fan work, but GPU fan doesn't and the motherboard shows a DRam Error. I flashed my BIOS but the board doesn’t have a BIOS flash bottom. Any tips on troubleshooting? What could be wrong with these specs: B660 - TUF Gaming Plus Wifi D4 Intel i5-13600k, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, Noctua NH-U12S, Crucial P2 500GB, Corsair 750W Kingston, Fury 8GB, 3600MHz?

Check the site for an update option or contact support for help. Since there’s no bios flash button, you may need to manually edit the profile or reach out to the team for assistance. Let me know if you need further guidance!

It's compatible with the same socket and will receive a BIOS update when the 13th generation is released. Most boards from the 12th generation were made before the 13th came out, so it makes sense they didn't include a 13th-gen BIOS support. If you don't have a 12th-gen processor, you'll need to install a 12th-gen CPU, flash the BIOS, and then add the 13th-gen CPU. That's the only option.

I attempted to switch them to dual channel mode as recommended in the manual, then tried the other two channels before using a single cable, but the issue persisted.

Your device includes an HDMI port; connect your monitor and it will utilize built-in graphics.

I attempted it before but didn’t get any changes. It seems 191x7 might be the right spot. I’ll visit a store tomorrow to check if they can fix it for me. Appreciate your support!

Starting from bios version 2004, it seems you need to visit a store to install a 12th generation CPU for an update, or consider returning the board.
