PC built from scratch shows only during the second startup.
I've been working on my PC for a while now after deciding to upgrade. Basically, I replaced everything except the graphics card. The issue is that the system starts but shows no display. Monitors can't detect it, and debug lights keep blinking without stopping. I have to press a button to shut it down, which isn't ideal, but on the second boot it works fine. I started with Windows 10, thought upgrading would help—but it didn’t. I tried disconnecting the boot drive and installing a new thumb drive, but the same problem persisted. I suspect the motherboard is refurbished and that I couldn't adjust BIOS settings properly until it reset to default. For a time I couldn't change DRAM frequency, so I assumed that was the problem. After enabling Intel Turbo, MSI Turbo, and C-States, I managed to set my RAM to 100 MHz max. My motherboard has been updated several times, and I thought updating it right after installing the CPU would fix microcode issues. With all this in mind, could you help? I'd be really upset if it were my motherboard, which is tough to replace, but if no solution comes up, I hope it can be returned. Also, I checked the board before use and it looked perfect. Thanks!
