New PC for my son's birthday, but it’s not working and ruined the celebration. Please help!

Setup details:
Mobo-MPG B550 Tomahawk Max Wifi
CPU-AMD Ryzen 7
DDR4 - 2x 8GB (16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
Graphics - AMD Radeon RX 6700
PSU-Apevia Premier
Solid red CPU light, no display on monitor.

Attempts made:
Rebuilt/reconnected/reconfigured all parts – nothing changed.
Checked CPU power cable and connections/pins – no visible problems.
CMOS reset after removing battery for 5 minutes – no change.
Moved graphics card to another position – no improvement.
Changed DDR4 configuration (used manual setup initially) – still no fix, reconfigured to manual slots.

Are fans turning on? Do you have any extra components to test and replace? Is there integrated graphics on the CPU you can experiment with? Does the disk activity LED actually flash? Are there different interfaces available for the video card and monitor (for example, HDMI instead of Display port)? In theory, CPUs don't have any illumination. The red LED you see is likely from another part. If it's on RAM, it probably means the color control software isn't running, which is expected if the system can't start.
