Hey there,
Even at 1080p the RTX3060 has trouble with UE5 games. These games are really demanding on systems. You have a strong CPU but a decent GPU. I don't think you'll get smooth performance unless you reduce graphics quality significantly.
Also, the Peerless Assassin is a solid CPU cooler for its cost. Just remember it will make a lot of noise while cooling the CPU—it does cool, but not quietly.
