I'll check but I still need to order the PSU to see if it will work.
Another question since you have some knowledge about a monitor I play games like Valorant Squad MW2 CS and plan to play more with the computer. Which recommendations would you like for a 1440p 240Hz setup? I think the Benq Ex270QM or the Gigabyte M27Q-X are good options, as they are both Nvidia compatible. (And if I need to switch forums, I'll do it.)
I'm from Israel and that why most of the components are from amazon except the motherboard CPU RAM and the new T700 crucial. And I've contacted both companies (Seasonic And Silverstone) to be sure first of all about the AC cord because we have a different one here and In amazon its for US outlet so I was afraid that it might harm my computer if I will not use the original AC cord but they say its okay.
the benq is not yet in my country but there is a company that making delivery from US. and also I thought about the 32 inch of LG the Ultragear 32GQ850-B 240(260 OC).
and for the ram issue what do you think about this video:

I would suggest the LG panel first among the options. The BenQ model suffers from gamma problems and can't be adjusted to standard gamma levels because BenQ has its own unique approach to setting gamma (though it does support G-sync via Freesync). The Gigabyte panel presents some contrast challenges, which might be noticeable if you prefer black colors to appear as true blacks rather than a dark gray. This could be a problem for gaming or watching videos in dim lighting, though it’s less of an issue in bright environments. Personally, I find grayscale blacks disappointing and consider them a dealbreaker, though this isn’t unique to IPS panels. VA panels are generally my preference now, offering better contrast and response times compared to IPS. Overall, I tend to favor LG panels more than most competitors. I’ve owned three identical LG 1440p monitors for about five years without any problems. Most BenQ displays fail within a year of the warranty period, which is concerning given the variety of models. I haven’t owned a Gigabyte display, but its reviews are decent except for the contrast issues affecting black uniformity. Other minor flaws exist, but overall it’s not perfect. If you’re looking for consistent blacks without gray tones, LG remains my top choice, while Gigabyte could be a viable alternative if uniform deep blacks matter less to you. It might also help to compare prices and warranty support before deciding.
I appreciate your gratitude and understand your concern about the video's relevance to the four-stick RAM issue.
It could or might not. Each memory module and CPU setup will vary, presenting unique challenges and answers. The key point is usually to limit yourself to just two DIMMs when aiming for the desired memory capacity, ensuring everything fits into a single unit rather than multiple ones, even if they match. This approach should be considered on a case-by-case basis. Also, verify that your board runs the latest BIOS; starting with only two DIMMs may provide stability, and adjustments might be needed later.
