To address your m.2 cooling concern:
Don't worry.
m.2 devices keep track of their temperatures and will reduce performance if necessary to safeguard themselves.
Heat builds up during rapid, repeated accesses—most often during tasks like virus scans.
Sequential work is minimal in general.
Usually, you need some airflow across the motherboard to allow heat sinks to function effectively.
Your setup is ideal for airflow.
I believe a twin tower air cooler, such as the one Why-Me recommended, would provide sufficient cooling.
