My PC operated normally before the trip, but now it often fails to turn on when I press the power button. The startup seems unpredictable, with occasional random failures. Recently, the monitor stopped working completely, yet audio remained audible. After turning it off, it has been sporadically starting again. Storage details: Samsung 2TB 970 Evo CPU cooler, Corsair ICUE H100i liquid cooler, GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Vision OC 8G, CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K, Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z690-P Wifi D4, PSU: Corsair 850W RM850 (80+ gold fully modular), Case: NZXT H510 Flow 2021.

I don't know if a thunderstorm or power outage occurred while you were away.

If all else fails, you can use a screwdriver and connect the + and - pins on the motherboard to give it a quick boost.

If the plug for the front panel power button remains in place, I recommend checking it and possibly repositioning it. Also, try the method of booting mentioned earlier.

It seems you're unsure if your computer was turned off, but it might still be on.
