my configuration is

my memory is presently operating at 2133 MHz when attempting to adjust it to 3600 in the BIOS, and the system reverts to BIOS Safe Mode upon booting.

Download CPU-Z and install it. Tap on the SPD tab where you'll find JEDEC timings, XMP settings, and voltage options. Note these details or take a photo with your phone.

Power on in BIOS and adjust the timings yourself. Begin with lower values (above 2133) and test booting. Gradually increase until it starts working again. If successful, switch to slower but functional settings or fine-tune latency parameters. Remember that increased speed may be balanced by higher latency, making performance less noticeable.

You can also look up your RAM model online to check if others have found compatible timings.
