Hello, I understand you're dealing with a tricky PC setup issue. Your friend brought his new PC to Best Buy and mentioned needing a fresh system. You thought it might be related to the graphics card since you faced similar problems with a pre-built machine. We installed the GPU together and demonstrated how to set it up remotely. When he turned it on, it immediately bluescreened again within 15 minutes. I recommended reinstalling Windows, but the same problem persists. I'm really confused about what's going on.

What are the specifications of the computer? Have you checked the RAM for stability? Please share the RAM speeds and details. If it was overclocked, consider disabling it.

I’ll have them ready for you tomorrow. I’ve been working on the problem, but being apart makes it a bit challenging.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to your Downloads folder (use the desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.

It's a pre-built model with 16GB RAM, 12TB storage, and a 3000GB SSD. The B450M processor is included. It's not very well known, but I'm not sure what to say beyond that.

Tell them to reinitialize CMOS and then attempt again, ensuring XMP is disabled.

I’ll give it a shot—I’m not nearby him, but I’ve been helping him with PCs, so I’ll demonstrate the next steps. Thanks!
