I recently assembled my PC around five months ago. In the last few months, it's been experiencing frequent blue screen errors. Could you assist in identifying the cause? Thanks.

If the system crashes during startup or shutdown, it might indicate hardware issues. Bring the computer to a repair service.

Follow these actions: reinstall Windows, run a RAM test using the built-in diagnostic tool, provide system details, and note when the blue screen appears.

Turn off RAM XMP settings in BIOS, and run the machine with a single RAM stick.
