Just try a few games. Those are the top standards :^). But seriously, 3dmark, furmark, unigene valley, prime95 are great for checking system stability. There’s more out there, but it’s not great.

Aida64 helps with stress testing CPU via HWMonitor or RealTemp, CPU-Z for detailed system specifications, GPU-Z for GPU details and performance data, 3DMark for overall system and gaming scores, Cinebench for CPU performance tests, Unigine Valley and Heaven for gaming-focused evaluations.
