Hi there, your computer began acting erratically right after powering on. Initially, the screen displayed just one frame before freezing completely. Then a recurring sound followed by a thump would appear in your headphones, continuing until the system restarts. This pattern repeats intermittently, requiring repeated fixes until it stops working again. Anyone have any suggestions?

What are the specifications for all installed components, including their make and model? Additionally, have you made any recent changes to your PC, installed new items, or adjusted settings?

it's a Zotac prebuilt version featuring the Zbox with an I5-10400, an RTX 3060, a Zotac branded motherboard, 16 gigabytes of 3200mhz RAM, and an M.2 drive that isn't visible on the CPU-Z. I didn't install any untrusted software and haven't altered any settings that might have caused this issue. I contacted Microsoft Support via the share screen feature, but they didn't resolve it—they applied some CMD commands instead.

Open the case and inspect it, seeking the make/model details from the power supply. There should be a label with this information.

i attempted to check the power supply, but it's blocked by something, i believe it's a 500W unit from zotac (?)

This product is still covered under warranty. The problems you mentioned are commonly linked to a faulty power supply.

Seems like you purchased it around June 2021, which keeps it within the two-year warranty from Zotac and the company you bought it from.

Start memtest86+, generate a bootable thumb drive. Execute it for 4 passes (it may take time). If errors appear, it might indicate RAM issues. PSU problems usually cause restarts instead of freezes. Cannot eliminate that certainty.

Do you prefer working in the command prompt or where? Not very good with commands and stuff like that.

failed to note the pc remains functional for roughly five minutes after powering on, though this occurs sporadically—sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.
