I attempted to overclock and found the CPU mult at 3.9, BCLK at 105 MHz, resulting in a clock speed around 4.2 GHz and RAM at 1722 MHz. The RAM is stock, and I usually run it at 1866 MHz. I heard online that timing issues with memory might be the cause. Should I just reset the CMOS by removing the battery?

Reset the CMOS. The unstable overlay appears to be an issue. Updated July 17, 2020 by TofuHaroto

Ensure your board has a jumper connected. If not, remove the battery after disconnecting all external components such as the keyboard. Allow the device to sit for about five minutes.

Yes, putting the battery back in should restore it to factory settings and normal operation.
