I brought my prebuilt PC to Best Buy TotalTech, but they didn’t diagnose the issue directly. They suspect there might be a problem with the RAM and recommend replacing it. This can be confusing for some, so someone might be able to offer further guidance.

There are numerous error codes appearing in the OS for a while or causing an immediate crash. If you enter the system, you might be able to download Bluescreenviewer to investigate the causes of the blue screen. I also encountered issues with Ntoskrnl.exe. Please share your Minidump files so we can assist you. Files are located in C:/Windows/Minidump

Attempt to reinstall Windows and check for resolution. Success usually indicates a software issue; otherwise, it likely points to a hardware fault. Safely back up your existing HDD/SSD on another device or restore it to a different drive.

This suggests a possible problem with your RAM. Consider swapping them into other slots first and check functionality before doing any further changes.
