You can disconnect everything except the boot drive. If the problem arises, check the drive for issues. Next, install a new Windows copy on another drive, doing it alone, and continue from there. Repeat the process. I've noticed DVD writers often don't lead to lingering problems or restarts.

Did the shop use your own drive or theirs? I’m trying to understand before deciding if the motherboard needs replacement, especially since you’ve modified nearly everything—including the board itself.
I mean essentially the RAM I have isn't listed among the compatible options for my motherboard. I'm using a USB stick since I don't have a hard drive on my computer. It seems I wasn't informed about this until after everything was completed to confirm it was ready. They mentioned a corrupted Windows, but I really think that's not the case. I also double-checked the CPU pins last night while reinstalling the old board and found no bent pins—it wasn't the CPU either. I'm guessing the issue might be because my current RAM isn't supported by my motherboard. Also, they installed their own Windows, which cost me an extra Windows key.
I checked for software problems after completing my Ryzen build last year. I experienced restarts and black screens, tried everything—switched PSU, changed RAM, etc.—but nothing resolved the issue. Eventually, I realized the 3D printing software (CURA) was the culprit. Good luck!
