Yesterday i was working on my computer normally, fell asleep then woke up and it stopped posting. The fans are spinning but the RGB is off, while the RAM and GPU colors are still active except my monitor which shows no signal. My specs are: 2x16 GSKILL Trident Neon Expo B650 AORUS Elite Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Gainward RTX 3080, 10GB Corsair CX 750, two SSDs from Kingston (exact models unknown), plus an SATA and M.2 drive.
You also checked other components before trying the stick in that slot. What alternatives did you consider?
Maybe I can help you figure out the problem, but I’ve already tried the same thing and it didn’t work. I took it to a friend who fixes computers, but they said everything broke down completely. It seems the fans were the issue, so I might need to bring it by them next Wednesday.
Reach out to him and inquire about his work. Or at least ask him to clarify his tasks the next time you need something from him. Gain knowledge and broaden your abilities.
I brought it to the tech support and he plugged it in without turning it on. He turned his back, and suddenly the PC came on. It wasn’t working at first, but I left it running for about three minutes to check if it would boot up. After that, it worked perfectly. I really appreciate how technology functions now.
