Hey there, I just completed my PC build but it’s not booting. I reached out to ASUS for help thinking it might be my motherboard. They said the CPU I used with the MB is fine, just need a cheaper one and update the BIOS. I removed the new CPU and put in my wife’s older CPU, but the issue remains. The motherboard lights show: VGA - White Boot, Green CPU - No Color DRAM, No Color What does this suggest? I’ve double-checked all cables and tried using a single RAM stick instead of two to rule out RAM problems. Any advice would be great. Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, my wife’s CPU is 2600, ASUS Prime X570-Pro, Corsair DDR4 3200 32g (16x2), also tried Ripjaw 3200 16g (8x2). Thanks!
