My computer is behaving strangely. It only starts when I press the power button for a short while, and if I rush it, it makes a noise and flashes but doesn’t turn on properly. Also, I’m forced to disconnect and reconnect my sound card and keyboard each time I power it up to get them functioning. No other problems detected. All updates are installed, including the BIOS.
