I bought a used 2060, added some case fans, updated drivers, and everything worked fine. The next morning it started but displayed a black screen with no signal, and the keyboard and mouse stopped functioning. I tried resetting the RAM, the CMOS battery, and confirmed it wasn’t a PSU issue since it was new three months ago. Could anyone assist me in fixing this?

It might not have helped, but a client's computer did the same thing. I showed it to you and it started up on my test bench. He didn’t pay me, took it home and it turned black. When I brought it back, it worked fine. I asked him to bring all his equipment—monitor, mouse, keyboard. It turned out he needed to click random keys on the keyboard to boot. I also had him turn off and on his monitor. It seemed his BIOS thought there was no keyboard or monitor and froze. In the end, I didn’t charge him since I fixed nothing, but now he’s working properly.

I attempted to press random keys but it didn't work, likely because the keyboard isn't receiving power, just like the mouse. The monitors show no signal. It's hard to determine the issue since the device shouldn't switch on and off by itself, indicating a possible POST error.
