The system is showing issues with power delivery and CMOS functionality. The PSU appears to be the likely source of instability, as it's failing to provide consistent boot conditions. The CMOS problems may stem from a faulty battery or internal damage, while the motherboard could have hardware concerns.

Recent update, I performed a complete Windows reinstall but the issue persists. The CMOS battery remains inaccessible, and it's unclear whether the problem stems from the CMOS, power supply, or motherboard.

Clips or screws must secure the shroud in place

I’ve swapped out the CMOS battery, but the issue remains. The computer booted up and displayed some error codes before powering down completely and returning to the reset menu.

You're thinking about swapping out the power supply unit to check if that resolves the issue.

Have you noticed all these components functioning properly until now? Did you get a new part recently before this problem appeared? If your system is quite old and this issue started suddenly without clear cause, it might point to a failing motherboard component.

I purchased the used PC from FB. It functioned properly at first, after which I added a hard drive and an NVMe SSD. After installing Windows, it remained stable. The next day it began experiencing intermittent boot issues.
