PC needs a short break from the power supply before it can start. After a recent shutdown, the PSU stayed on and I couldn't boot. When I turned it off for two minutes and then reconnected, it worked fine. This suggests the issue might be with the PSU or the motherboard. The lack of lights, Q Code, and fan noise points to a power delivery problem. Your specs look solid—just ensure the PSU is properly seated and functioning.

Consider attempting to reset the CMOS. After that, refresh the BIOS firmware. If the problem continues, switch to another power source.

I've checked both options, but it's hard to tell if the issue lies with the PSU or the Mobo.

If the various PSUs appear unchanged, it might indicate a warranty concern for the motherboard.

The processor seems unrelated to this problem, probably.
