Hello, Your system powers on after pressing the power button, lights illuminate, and fans begin. Everything seems normal, yet it fails to boot. The motherboard features four tiny LEDs, currently stuck on the VGA indicator. Resetting the PC resolves the issue. I maintain my GPU drivers updated and recently swapped in a new SSD along with a fresh Windows setup. The SSD replacement contributed to another issue, but the boot problem persists.

Specs: Gigabyte X750 Aorus Ultra Ryzen 3900X 2TB WD_Black SSD, Gigabyte 2080 Super 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM at 3200MHz.

Verify your BIOS configuration? Is it running the most recent BIOS update?

You should verify the relevant configurations as well.

Order of booting, UEFI configurations, and Secure Boot status are the main points. I'm not a specialist, just tossing in some common guesses. Also, which devices are connected?

I verified the boot sequence and it looks normal, but fast startup is turned off. There’s no indication of Secure Boot in the system. My keyboard, microphone, and controller are connected. I’ll attempt to remove other components to determine what causes the issue.

It resembles a BIOS operating beneath another BIOS layer. When installed, your BIOS appears as shown; otherwise, it should display differently.

I was puzzled about the lack of response. It turns out you can't use your computer and BIOS at the same time—so I’ll check online while you look up your motherboard. Don’t worry about me asking yet!
