I recently assembled a PC and installed a new graphics card. After turning it on, the system displayed only the motherboard brand. Attempts to access BIOS failed. I removed the CMOS battery but still encountered issues.
What are the complete specifications of your computer? How long did you pause before turning it back on, restarting, or shutting it down? Did you attempt to leave it running for 15 to 20 minutes?
