I've had my account suspended from BF3 and then BF4 because of "Gamehack." I never actually performed any hacks, and even Balance admits it might have been a glitch. I've tried five times to regain access, so maybe I just spent $80 on a game I can barely play. It frustrates me how clueless Even Balance is.

Are you sharing your computer with others? I'm not entirely sure about battlefield, but in CS:GO you won't get banned unless you have an active exploit or hack that isn't working properly. VAC bans stay in place permanently and can't be changed.
