I just bought two Cable Matters blank patch panels and need to know which RJ45 connectors will fit. I’m looking for a direct match from RJ45 to RJ45 connectors, not the other way around.

I’m switching to Keystone couplers myself. I purchased punch-down types and favor the durability of terminated RJ45 ends over punch downs. https://www.fs.com/products/41438.html

Keystone modules feature a flat surface measuring 14.5 mm wide by 16.0 mm tall and are secured using flexible tabs. It's fine to select any keystone coupler that meets your network needs since they all work together. fs.com offers reliable access to components.

You should consider Shielded Couplers if needed, otherwise Un-Sheilded work is viable.

Do you have shielded or unshielded Ethernet cables? I wouldn't recommend using shielded connectors with unshielded cables.

For internal wall applications, consider shielded cables to protect against interference.

Check for nearby electrical wires and zones with strong interference. (Welders can be problematic, etc.)

Choose unshielded cables rated at least FT1 in Canada (US equivalent not clear). Use non-shielded jacks. Maintain a minimum distance of about 6 inches from electrical wires. Try to route power cables at a 90-degree angle when feasible. If that's not possible, it's a serious issue. For older 1980s variable frequency drives, shielded gear is advisable. For typical home applications, unshielded should suffice.
