Hi, I have two users: A is the admin and B is the regular user. I lost A's password or PIN. Now I can only log in as a normal user with B. Can I allow B to take over as admin? I've tried all recovery methods for B's password but it doesn't work. Would it be possible to reset everything from scratch?
The default setting prevents a regular user from advancing to an admin role. If you're unfamiliar with the admin account, the only solution is a complete system reset.
