Partition 96 MB appears unexpectedly on This PC.
An unknown unlabeled "Local Disk" section linked to E: appears automatically, vanishes after a restart. It claims to hold 25.6 MB, freeing up 70.3 MB in that space. No matching entry shows up in disk management tools, making its exact location on the drives completely unclear. I'm using Windows 10 Home Insider Build 17115, but similar behavior has been observed in previous versions.
Could be a hibernation or system file that’s divided to keep it separate from the rest of the data. It seems crucial.
It might be possible to restore the partition. You can choose to hide it somewhere.
