I placed an order for an AMD build (R5 3600, RX 5700 XT Sapphire Pulse) through a wholesale tech company that serves retailers and also sells directly to individuals. The components are imported from a German wholesale firm called Siewert & Kau. I’m looking into the process to claim my prize from AMD, which includes a game plus Xbox Game Pass once the PC is ready.

I have four questions:

- How do I activate the prize? Is there a code inside the box? Will it be sent via email? Does AMD automatically check my hardware for CPU and GPU and provide coupons this way?
- Can I use Windows Game Pass on another computer, such as my travel laptop that isn’t an AMD system?
- Since the CPU grants me three months of Xbox Game Pass and the GPU also gives me three months, does that add up to six months total?
- If not, can I extend the trial by first claiming the Game Pass for the GPU and then activating it for the CPU at the end of the three-month period?

I’m new to this and just wanted to ask clearly. In case I’m asking a beginner, please be patient. For my part, the person who placed my order didn’t know about the prizes either. How should I proceed?

Thank you.

Follow the instructions provided. Visit amdrewards.com, input your serial number, and download a tool to scan your hardware. This process is likely connected to your Microsoft account, though I’m uncertain. You may also consider contacting AMD support via email.
