You might need a clean installation of Windows 10. I recall there being an option to revert to a previous version, but otherwise upgrading means starting from scratch. Keep in mind this isn’t the latest release.
You're using Windows 10 but keep getting updates to Windows 11. When you exit Insider Program and click "Stop receiving insider builds," then close settings, it still shows you haven't left. Disabling the Windows Insider service in Services didn't resolve the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
