I observed 1014 related to name resolution for the widget-mediator.zopim.com and it timed out since none of the DNS servers responded. It might have been due to a temporary internet loss, but when checking earlier, this was the only site from our domain that people were asking about, with limited information available. A recent Windows update could have caused changes. I'm using Windows 10 Pro.

I attempted to search for "widget-mediator.zopim.com" but received a confusing error with no clear message. Instead of the expected site, I saw an advertisement for live chat software on zopim.com, which redirects to a page at zendesk.com. It's unclear if that's the resource you needed. Please be careful and good luck.

It seems this notification is unique to your website, as you're the only one using a messenger like Facebook. There could be other factors at play, but it appears tailored specifically for you.
