I heard the stand-offs might impact the motherboard. I removed it and now the cooler fans are running, GPU fans are still off, but no red lights appear when the cables are connected. The problem seems to be a red light signaling an issue with the CPU. I took out the CPU, reinstalled it, and changed the thermal paste, yet it doesn’t work. I’m looking for help.
