It seems they often overlook the fact that the ESRB rating clearly indicates the suitable age for a game. This makes more sense than blaming gaming itself or parenting alone.

Numerous research efforts challenge this stereotype. On YouTube, ReviewTechUSA has shared a strong video discussing the connection between video games and violence.

Interesting perspective. Many caregivers are concerned about a child's future development and the potential impact of gaming habits later in life.

Not all parents behave the same way. Some are simply more cautious.

They ignore me but will assist with PC purchases if I perform well academically. Most of my benefits depend on school success, which is something I excel at.

He genuinely does, particularly regarding the graphics card issue. Yet he explains the study and the subject matter quite effectively in that video.

Some people focus on shielding kids from risky content while others worry about protecting them from harmless things. Protecting a child from violent video games is misguided; it doesn’t matter if they’re young or older—they’ll see and act accordingly. A four-year-old might imitate street violence, but an eight-year-old can understand boundaries and avoid harmful behavior.

They have always preferred non-violent games, no matter how old I get. It was simply their way of being raised.
