There might be debris accumulating near the fan, contact between the fan and a cable or cable tie, or a hard drive present. It may continue to produce sound even after removing the front panel.

It's a brand new computer so I don't think it's dust got it from build redux it's under warranty so I don't want to the side front panel off plus the radiator for the Aio is on the other side.
