Hello. To improve coverage with your existing WAP setup, consider using an additional router or a different device. Since you already have two WAPs and one Ethernet port available, you can connect them to extend the signal effectively.

How big is your home/area? Id probably just add more aps, those aps look fine, and with access points more is better.
