Which nation? Unless you're aiming for that 10700 when priced below 150$, it doesn't seem worthwhile given the 5700x and 5800x values. Just keep reselling the B460 and 10400f at whatever they reach, and grab a used B3/450 around 50$ plus a used 5600x for 80-100$ or a used 5700x/5800x for 120-150$.
