I didn't check the numbers in the task manager, but you're right about that. Changes... regarding the latest image... the system is now on a minor OC card in a minor OC page file expanded to 10 GB. First thought: the system costs more when in use!

Please check the Memory page in Task Manager to confirm the data displayed by MSI Afterburner.

Yea will do.... I'm almost ready to go through the campaign once more… Yesterday I didn't finish the first mission for the princess, after her supposed death… I managed to get my main character shot... What's next... The latest update really tightens up the adversary ruleset, possibly introducing some changes. If I fail again, I'll start over... Anyway, eventually I'll be switching tabs and taking pictures of what I see.

MSI Afterburner shows the "Committed" field as "Pagefile usage," which doesn't match reality since the page file should be about 10GB. It's odd that nearly half of the committed memory is in the page file.

The pagefile constitutes a portion of the overall memory in course… Possibly this is where it is functioning correctly or incorrectly, with greater accuracy.
If we reduce the RAM consumption, approximately 5 gigabytes of pagefile space is utilized.

Just for fun ^^ … it really took some time before I realized I was using the power-saving mode, which explains the slower CPU and cooler temperatures.

It's puzzling why almost half of your virtual memory remains in the page file, especially since it seldom exceeds 15%.

Thanks for the update - I've been confused about this for a while!
My system has 32GB of RAM, but in certain games I was using around 15GB and MSI Afterburner showed an additional 18GB on the page file. Now I realize it probably means just about 3GB for that example, which makes much more sense.

You're absolutely correct there, thank you… I completely overlooked that part. @LoGiCalDrm
It's impressive how the answer came across in a meaningful way… Perhaps I was too absorbed while reading…
By the way, Nier Automata is quite disappointing… even at 1377 x 789 resolution, I still can't get my PC to render this perfect game world. The system barely runs and it immediately starts drawing everything—trees changing shapes, buildings appearing out of nowhere, etc.—without any shadow, anti-aliasing, or texture filtering. At best, the gameworld looks unstable.
If there weren’t so many other issues, I’d probably blame my old system… The arrogant people don’t even want to give us the same quality as on PS and Xbox. But how could someone expect recognition for such a release? I’m worried about hackers, so I’ll avoid mods… Maybe the upcoming game will come with a major free update to fix these problems!
