Why do I get stuck on page faults when trying to enter my computer? The old password won't work anymore. Every time I try to fix it again, nothing happens. My laptop was updated just two days ago and now this error keeps showing up, so I need to go back to the old settings but I can't uninstall the updates that were done recently.
I am worried that we cannot fix your password or get past security locks. There isn't enough proof to say for sure that you are actually the rightful person behind this computer.

My husband owns this laptop and it's he who makes sure all the updates are done on time. He does his part, then I take care of mine. I am very sorry that Microsoft cannot help us out right now because we just had a new hard drive put in about a month ago and now we can't get into the computer at all. It's so frustrating. Even though you could fix this issue for me, I'm waiting until I remember the password to actually start working on it. I am really heartbroken that you aren't able to help us here right away.
