I own a Ryzen 3 1200 CPU, Gigabyte GTX 1050 TI G Skill Ripjaw 4 and Asus AB350 M. After overclocking and testing the system, the CPU only reached 75°C after installing Steam. The PC shut down after I turned it on; the CPU fan sped up quickly, but there was no display on the monitor. After shutting down and restarting, the PC still didn’t show anything. I cleared the CMOS on the motherboard and removed the battery, but the issue persisted. I also tested HDMI and DP connections to the GPU, and a monitor works with my laptop. Any advice?
Assuming the clear CMOS functions properly, you should see some kind of display. The original display problem might have been linked to the RAM overclock, but resetting your BIOS with a clear CMOS should resolve that. Verify all basic cables and port connections (including 4 pin and 24 pin motherboard connectors) to ensure nothing was disconnected before proceeding. If everything checks out and you've tried different cables, it's likely a motherboard issue. If you lack the ability to test yourself, consider having a repair shop inspect the device. It's difficult to pinpoint the exact problem without further investigation.

The initial display problem might have been linked to the RAM overclock, but since the clear CMOS will reset your BIOS, that should resolve it.
Inspect all basic cables and port connections (including 4-pin and 24-pin motherboard connectors) to ensure nothing is loose before proceeding.
If everything checks out and you've tried different cables just in case, it's likely a motherboard issue.
If you lack the ability to test yourself, it's best to have a repair shop examine it. It's difficult to pinpoint the exact problem since you've already attempted some troubleshooting.
Sorry, I don't have any specific solutions, but diagnosing PC errors usually involves elimination.
