I have a very fast CPU called the 10700k. I am using a big fan cooler named 360ML AIO from Coolermaster. My motherboard is z490 Gaming X by Gigabyte. I have two pieces of RAM that are 16GB total and run at 2800MHz. I have some storage with four SSDs or two HDDs. The graphics card is an RTX 3080, and the power supply is a V750 Gold unit from Coolermaster. My computer runs on Windows 11.

fix your router settings first. try unplugging it and plugging it back in to make sure everything works properly. then, change the network card or switch port that is connected to your computer. also tell me which version of the driver (network card software) you are currently using on the PC. Did you install any third-party antivirus programs or firewalls? Is your internet connection set to private instead of public in Windows? Also, make sure no programs are set to change the network speed too fast and turn them back down to normal. If you have custom firmware (called U-Boot), remove it. You can do that by resetting your BIOS settings using the clear jumper or similar button on your router. After doing this, you will need to set the correct order for which devices start first. To check if Windows is working correctly and all files are in place, open an advanced window as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth at the command prompt. You can find detailed steps on how to get that window open here: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-an-...pt-2618088 or check this Microsoft forum link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/comp...ogramming/... clean boot your computer by following these steps. This will help find the problem if Windows is acting strange here is how to do a clean boot in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or Vista: https://support.microsoft.com/check if you have too much memory installed and see if it causes problems. You can check your RAM by using a free tool like memtest.org on your computer's hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s built-in error checking software.
