It's not feasible. The BIOS or EFI on a Windows phone differs significantly from that of an Android device. Even if you attempt to alter the bootloader, it might trigger a kernel panic and shut down. I suggest considering selling your current phone and purchasing something you prefer.

With the HTC One m8 you could possibly get it, but using a Nokia would be unlikely.
