Are you linked to the web? That's clear, but yes. Do you possess the most recent wireless software? Remove and reapply it. If it still fails, erase and reapply.

I’m attempting to obtain an official Windows ISO file and then reinstall it onto a disk, which tends to work well. I reached out to support last night but was met with a stranger who kept drifting away from the topic of my inquiry.
