Hello, I just got a new GPU Sapphire RX 8GB after setting it up and installing the drivers from the disk. I closed my PC case and turned it off, but the error message keeps appearing: "Windows Boot Manager 0xc00000000f". My system shows as Evga 500W 80 Bronze ASRock B450M Pro4 FPAT with Patriot Viper 2x4 Ryzen 3 1200. When I try to run Startup Repair, it prompts me to press Advanced Options or shut down. After fixing the bootloader, I get access denied when using bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot. Would reinstalling Windows help?
