Do you have additional PCs connected to your network? Launch Task Manager, navigate to the Performance section, choose your network interface from the left panel, and under the graph, locate your IPv4 address. Write it down. Return to the specific device that isn’t accessing the internet, then in the command prompt, type "ping" followed by the IP address you recorded, omitting quotes if needed.

In the control panel, search for "proxy" and select only the proxy server settings option. Navigate to the tab for local network connections, then adjust parameters accordingly—disable the "proxy server 8080 port" and enable auto parameters. Problem resolved!
